We provide on-site, remote, telephone and workshop IT support services.When choosing Cannard Computing as your IT support partner, there are two options:
Pay As You Go
This is for those companies that do not wish to be tied into an IT support contract. Only pay for the engineer's time when they are working on your systems. Additionally, you can arrange for a regular on-site visit by one of our engineers. There are no call-out charges except for companies who are over 15 miles from our offices in Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol. Simply call 0117 9594445 for our IT support services as and when you need them.
Support Contract
Every contract is tailored to the individual needs of each business and is priced accordingly. Contracts can be paid for on a yearly, or monthly basis by agreements. Our contracts provide a prompt response to problems, either by accessing your systems remotely, by telephone support or an on-site visit, with optional monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly on-site visits for preventative work.
